Meet Our Team
Elizabeth
Meet Elizabeth, our Founder and Naturopath! For Naturopathic Consulting services, Elizabeth is our expert guide.
“Shortly after bringing home my third beautiful baby in three years, I found myself in a body that felt like it was failing me. I was overwhelmed emotionally, watching myself from the outside and unable to feel in control. Despite having support, the experience felt too heavy to bear. When I reached out for help, my healthcare practitioner more or less dismissed my concerns. I was passed from specialist to specialist, and the programs I came across were either too expensive, unrealistic for a mom of three young kids, or run by men who just didn’t understand what I was going through.
I’ve worked in clinical research for nearly a decade and have been on my own holistic wellness journey for just as long. Ultimately, I turned to the skills and knowledge I had and began researching, testing, and creating my own path to healing.
That experience showed me how powerful it is to have access to the right information and tools to take control of your health. As women and mothers, we face enough challenges without being dismissed, unheard, or manipulated when it comes to our wellbeing.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to make functional health testing easy to access, and to create realistic, effective Care Plans that you can actually follow. Many of the things women are told are "normal" are only common and when you understand what your body truly needs, you can finally flourish.”
Elizabeth Starling Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Clinical Research from the Ohio State University as well as a Board Certification for Naturopathic Medicine from the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP) and a licensure to practice Naturopathy throughout the United States through the Guardian Ecclesiastical Holistic Association (GEHA).
Cailin
Say hello to Cailin, our Co-Founder and business guru! From key operations to marketing strategy, Cailin has it all covered.
“As a mama of one with another on the way, I am striving to find that elusive “perfect balance” between being a hands-on caregiver while at home, excelling in my career, and doing work that I am truly passionate about. I know I am not alone as many working moms are navigating the challenges of corporate life while cherishing every moment with their little ones. This is what inspired me to bring my business and marketing background to support Elizabeth and Kaitlyn as we built a service that is truly accessible. My goal is to ensure that we are providing the most welcoming support, achievable plans, and genuine value in everything we do. I want every woman who finds us to feel empowered and supported in creating better balance in her life!”

Meet Kaitlyn, our Co-Founder and Certified Lactation Counselor. With a caring approach and clinical expertise, Kaitlyn provides evidence-based support and guidance to help families navigate their infant feeding journey with confidence.
“As a Certified Lactation Counselor and mother of two, my breastfeeding journey has been both personal and transformative. Like many new moms, I faced early challenges including latching issues, supply concerns, self-doubt, and the emotional weight that often comes with it. With the support of a compassionate CLC, I found the guidance I needed to persevere and successfully nurse both of my children.
That experience not only shaped my path as a mother but sparked a deep passion to support others on their own journeys. Now, as a CLC myself, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to the families I serve. I understand the frustration, uncertainty, and triumph that comes along with breastfeeding, and my goal is to offer evidence-based guidance, gentle encouragement, and nonjudgmental care.
Every parent deserves to feel supported and confident and I’m honored to walk alongside them during such a meaningful time.”
Kaitlyn Staples Kaitlyn earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a cognate in Secondary Education from the University of South Carolina. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice (ALPP).
